Magento work - repost

Have 1 small project and might have a host more but for now these are the most pressing. We have our Magento integrated with a MS Navision through a Magento plugin. The developer who sold the module and did the customization for our Navision system lost their Magento developers so going forward any Magento functionality we need someone else to help with. Currently their system has to missing pieces. One piece is all of the invoices, RMAs, shipping information, credit memos come back from Navision via XML into a set of holding tables, there is no piece to move the data from those holding tables to the Magento tables. Magento Admin is the shippments from Navision, however there is no mechanism with the module to move that information over to the Shippment/Sales screen in Magento. We thought that it was automated, everything else with the module works very well out of the box, however we were told last week that we would have to create the connection or import ourselves so customers can see it on the front end. Our ERP's Magento holding tables (NavConnect) / admin area for shipping and invoices are under Admin > NavConnect > Documents > Sales Shipments / Sales Invoices / Credit Memo The NavConnect process does not link the shipments and invoices to the Magento tables found under Sales > Shipments / Invoices / Credit Memo. I've attached the sql that I used to import the records from the navconnect_document and navconnect_document_line tables (id 4 = shipping) there is some information that needs to be grabbed from Magento sales tables. Their module is in app/code/local/MP/NavConnect/ Helper/Webservice/Get [login to view URL] places the various Documents (sales, shipping, credit, invoice) into the document tables .. my thought this file might be the best place to update the sales, shipping, invoice, credit tables in magento. The ids that should match on online orders is Your Reference which should match the Magento order number. There are offline orders that we want moved into the Magento order table, however those obviously would not have a Magento order number. If you can give me an idea on time and $$ I will let you know .. I need quick communication as this is a project I need done soon.
