163989 ClipShare User Uploading Error

We have ClipShare 2.5 installed on our GoDaddy dedicated server however there seems to be a user uploading error within ClipShare. All we need is something small to be fixed for the users to upload but we can't figure out where that is or why uploading video doesn't start. This may be a simple fix since the software is installed basically. All I need is for someone to check to make sure the php configurations are correct and the server fulfills all of the requirements for this software. We need this complete right away, thanks.
