We have a few questions regarding the project.
1. Should we consider the time factor too, when the booking is made,
and availability is displayed? I mean, If a room is booked on November 2nd,
it would be from 10 AM November 2 to 9AM November 3 ?
Or should the system ask the customer when he/she is going to check in to the hotel,
and calculate the checkout time according to that?
Will the customer be given option to make partial day booking (Say from 6PM, to 12 AM) ?
2. Should the admin/manager also should have the ability to mark the reservation? (In case of a walk in customer)
3. How will be the waiting list be managed, should the web system manage it automatically,
or will the attendent will select one user from the list and assign the user the freed room?
4. Or will the waiting list be only be available for bookings done by admin/manager?
5. For waiting list, should the system allow user to pay ?
If yes, how will be the reimbursement of the paid amount?
(If only manager/admin can do the waiting list booking, disregard this question)
6. Will the restaurant costs, beverages costs, and other costs be managed from this hotel web system?
(This question is because of the mention of remaining payment calculation when the customer checks out, in the description)
