MySQL database amends with SQL Commands

I have an OpenCart store that is close to going live. I have compiled a list of amends I thought would be best done through SQL Commands rather than through admin or phpMyAdmin - due to the fact there are 7000 products in the database. Product Titles 1. Change the capitalisation on the around 30 words: Categories 1. Add standard set of 8 descriptions to the 3rd level categories Product Description 1. Remove a set piece of text from all prod descriptions: 2. Remove the following code from the prod descriptions: COLOR: #002cfd; class="MsoNormal" align="center" Any empty <p> tags if possible thats it.
