Have a VPS (production VPS with clients) recently put some sites, and there is having high CPU usage almost the entire day. Seems like most CPU is cause by MySQL, and secondly by one user. Apache shows very few request/sec, so need help to optimize without causing issues. WHM & SSH Access. Munin is installed to see how CPU usage has been during these days.
