320509 PHP Signup Form Modifications

We are looking for a developer to assist us in making some additions to an existing signup form on a site which uses the PHPizabi social networking application. (PHP/MySQL) We have a few new fields that need to be added to the signup form. This data needs to be stored in the DB as part of the user's profile data, and needs to show on the profile page. That's it. Should be quick and simple for a PHP developer. Please bid accordingly, and we are looking for a developer with experience and with some type of online messenger for communication.
