Simple Wordpress plugin for gravity forms addon

Hello, I need a freelancer to create a simple wordpress plugin which integrates with Gravity forms. I'm writing a detailed descriptions so you know exactly what is to do. But it should be very simple to code given the example code which is already do parts of what I wish, they just need to integrate into a single plugin. If i award you the project we need to use instant-messaging to ensure the project is fully understood! I require a gravity forms add-on plugin which integrates into the current version of gravity forms and wordpress to display data/charts from the data entries of a gravity form. The plugin must be user friendly and not need any input of code by the end user, all gravity form "hooks" etc need to be built into the plugin Inside the new "page" or "post" needs to be a "add chart" button to access it's functionality (see picture), once you click the "add chart" button a lightbox needs to appear where you can then "select the form" you wish to chart (the example button and lightbox is from gravity forms directory ([login to view URL]) for example code if needed. You need to dynamically populate the "select form" dropdown field, as an example gravity forms survey results code does this ([login to view URL]). You will also have to dynamically populate the "add field" drop down box with all of the fields available from the form selected (this feature is not in [login to view URL], but the output of each chart is part of their coding). Below that needs to be the chart selection, based on the google charts api and including all 9 chart types, you can look at [login to view URL] as example code (their code could be used if you can use gravity form hooks to generate the dynamic content for the data to be passed into the plugin. If advanced fields can be added to customize the look of each chart easily that would be great ie x & y labels = on/off or add custom label to x & y axis, x & y max value range or increments value, show/hide chart title, colour sector for data, show/hide data labels, filter data or use search function (from gravity forms directory) to only chart "results" from the search. I wish to be able to select each chart to be inserted into a page or post via shortcode, so the output from the "insert chart" needs to insert a shortcode with the appropriate parameters. Must not conflict with any theme ie woothemes etc and be cross browser compatible. I need this done very quickly in 2-7 days, the faster the better :-) NEED TO CREATE PLUGIN , ITS NOT WEBSITE DESIGNING OR DEVELOPMENT You can download wordpress and the example plugins and code for free to work with.
