Oscommerce Payment Module-Western Union and Moneygram

I need a full function western union payment module, don't bid if you want to download it from the community. Here is my requirement: First: I can configure the following information from admin panel, I don't want to edit language files. First name : last name : address : City : State( province) : Country : zip code : Second:Once customer selected the western union payment method, the order total value would be reduced 10%. It would be better if I can control the discount rate at admin, however, if that's fixed, it's ok. Third: There would be a small logo at the checkout page.
