Membership Database & Password Area

CURRENT STATUS OF PROJECT:: Database was started in Cold Fusion and PHP by volunteers who are no longer able to work on these projects. Neither are projects work and will need to be started from scratch. PROJECT NEEDS/DETAILS:: -Project is for BOTH [login to view URL] & PurityGuys.com. Need seperate database for each. Design provided by myself, programming only needed with possible minor design. -Applicant sends in application using online form (form validates email address prior to sending and includes photo upload option). -Form goes to inbox email, with a "reject" or "post" button within the email. Upon "reject" email goes out to the applicant stating the reason why they were rejected. Upon "post," a standard welcome email goes out to the applicant containing information such as membership#, link to hidden members' only area, and log-in password as well as general welcome information. -Each member profile contains the following: Membership #, Name, Age, State/Country, Email (visible to me only), Website, Bio, Purity Statement. -Hidden members' only area contains an email form for members to be able to request accountability partners and access to profile information created in membership database for easy editing. QUALIFICATIONS:: -Experience in database development and administration, ownership of all necessary software to build. ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION:: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ministry has high visibility with frequent visitors from around the globe and over 4 million hits in 3year period since launch. Sites are targeted at young adults ages 13-26 living pure lifestyle and provides online forum, magazine, community, and extensive interactivity with 800 registered members in previous database and 400+ forum members.
