Need SIte Clone Like Storm Pay

There will be some requirements, and if these requirements are not met, I will not look at your bid. I am sorry to be this way, but so many times people post things that are irrelevant to the project. Thank you. This is what I am looking for. I need an exact cone of the Storm Pay Script. I can handle the design, I just need the script or something very similar to it. I just need the processor end of things, not the auction. The script must function in the same way as Storm Pay does. Plus I will need to add on some further verifications that will need to be done. One other thing that I request. I would like to get this clone, and would actually like to hire a programmer full time for this job. For the upkeep and the maintenance of the site. So what I am looking for is a programmer that can do this for me, only with the agreement that the programmer will build the script and then will take a percentage of the monthly revenues. There will be no upfront payments made, but you will have a part owner ship in the company, plus a monthly maintence/upkeep amount of income. If you cannot work with a situation like this, please do not bid. Thank you.
