Clone a website

Good Day Can someone please clone the following website for me: [login to view URL] or provide me with a similar script. It has to work and function the same, the layout can be different, I don't mind. Lowest bids will attract good attention. Demo's are highly welcome Thank you for showing interest in providing me with a script. The demo link of what I want is very advanced. I only want to start of with some basic things first and over time add more and more features to the script (will use the same programmer over and over to do this for me also). I am going to give you a basic ida of what I need. I also uploaded some documentation of how it works. I want people to be able to go to my website and there they can sign up for free. When they sign up they can choose a virtual horse which they later on can train and develop. They can choose a couple of other options as wll (name, age, etc.) To keep the virtual horse they will have to pay a monthly stabling fee (this must go to my Stormpay account). The script must also have a powerful admin section where I can setup racing events and change the horse settings (making them faster and stronger for users when they purchase horse supplements) When I setup events, the users will be able to sign their horses up for races and participate in races. The sign up fees will go into a pool and the first three winners will split the winnings (Admin to decide the percentage winning amount for first, second and third) and also admin will deduct percentage fee from the pool money for admin fees. Of course the user with the strongest fastest horse will win. They can improve their horse by buying supplements and training. Admin can set prices and set various supplements and training needs for users to improve their horses (to win). Users must be able to pay for everything and money will go to my Stormpay account. The money that they win in racing i will pay out to them manually. This is a very basic idea to start of with. Please ask if you have any other questions. There is a great demand for this in my country and the website will grow (adding more and more features) I WILL use the same programmer for all the future additional features. The selected programmer will make alot of $$$ over a time period. This is not going to be only one project I can assure you.
