Fraud Prevention Javascript/Perl

Hi, This is a simple project for a javascript/Perl programmer who knows what they're doing. I'd like a javascript/Perl coder craft one unified or several javascripts perl scripts for use in an order form: 1) Crazy Caps--flag any odd use of caps (ie THEodORe CaTSwoodE) 2) Free Email Accounts (we'd like to block all of the free email accounts listed on: [login to view URL]); I have an existing script that can be modified for this and will include it as well. 3) Verification Of Emails--I have an existing script for checking the format of email addresses; I'd like this script to be folded into this script) 4) IP Location Feature--We'd like to check the country or zip code or state against the IP Address's location. For example, if someone claims to be in Connecticut and their IP Address is Eastern Europe, I'd like the script to flag that. (I realize this may need a server-based component and that's fine. Just let me know) 5) Check email with text file of email addresses--we'd like to run the email list against a text file on the server that lists one email address per line. 6) Put IP Address in the order page--we'd like to put the IP Address in the order page itself to tell the customer they're being tracked. 7) Verify domain name of email address--we'd like to make sure the domain name they're using is valid; a whois check or something like that would do. (Again, I know a server side option may be necessary for this) 8) Check Domain Or IP Address Against [login to view URL]'d like to check the customer's domain name or IP Address against this list. Server-side option ok as well. Finally, we'd like to set this up with web pages so that we can choose, just like in a wizard, which options we'd like and to have a script based on those preferences generated. For example, if we'd like to have options #1, 3, 5, & 8, we'd like a form where I can click some checkboxes and have the script generate a working javascript for only #1, 3, 5 & 8. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Javascript Perl/Serverside options
