107510 Online Memory Test Script

I need a simple web-based script that would allow people to test their cognitive memory like so: It would display one by one, a series of single-digit numbers and then ask the user to enter the ones that they remembered in order. I want to be able to vary the speed of the numbers and how many of them there are. The script would then evaluate how close they came to the correct answer.
