678 Simple Redirection Script

I need a script that will let me specify a certain url on a domain that will redirect a visitor who visits that url to another url. I would like the redirection wait to be about 3 seconds, with a small progress meter at the top of the page that the visitor is being redirected from. I should be able to redirect as many urls on a specific domain as I like. For instance url a redirects to url 1. url b redirects to url 2. url c redirects to url 3 etc etc. Urls 1, 2, 3 etc of course could be to different domains. Script should of course be bug free, easy to install with instructions, and able to be installed on multiple domains. I would like a working demo before releasing escrow payment.
