69864 special voting script

I need a picture voting script, but not a one where people can upload their own photos, they should register and then they can submit as many photos as they want. the features the script should have: - user can vote without register - every X votes (i can declare the amount of votes) , they will get a page with advertising, which they can skip or visit, then they can continue voting. - users that have registered, will get a different X votes (less than guests). - registered users can upload as many photos as they like - 100% customizable layout!!! on the front page i will have the option to list randomly as many thumbnails as i want (maybe via templates: %%thumb_01%%, %%thumb02_%%, etc)...users can then click on a thumb, the full pic gets displayed, and they can place their vote. OR - i can , like any other voting script, display only one pic on the site, users vote, and the next pic appears both variations shall be easily includable into shtml sites via ssh. now to the admin : i can - upload unlimited pics myself - i have to accept or reject the pics that i get submitted from registered users - i can set the size of the thumbnails and of the full pics - mass email to my members - edit registered user informations -when surfers upload a picture, the script should automatically create a thumb in the dimensions i set up from the admin (image magick is installed on the server) furthermore i would like to have also the chance to display the top10, 50, or whatever both via text AND thumbs the script should be easy to install - maybe with an [login to view URL] who will guide me through the installation. i think i forgot lots of things, so i would be glad if you could post into the message board what else you would suggest. if you suggest more useful things - then i see that you are really trying to get the project, and this will be a big plus for you. if you do your work well - i will stay in touch with you for future projects. Additional Info (Added 5/18/2004 at 10:20 EST)... addition: from my admin i will create categories, as many as i wish, and when users upload pics, they have to chose a category, where the pics get displayed. on the main page, i will have the option to display each category , like %%category_01%% , and when people click on it, they will come to the category, where all thumbs (or maybe 15 per page) will get display. then they click on a thumb - the full pic displays and they can vote. pics in each category will get ranked by votes. maybe a 'rebuild page' button in the admin or a cron job would help with that.
