MP3 Web Radio - Server Side - Streaming Audio

After posting this for 20 minutes I decided now to revise it to simply say this: Basically a clone of Q102's Listen Live java applet. [login to view URL] please check out their LISTEN LIVE page on their website. It's java, and it's streaming live audio. Basically build me something with all the features of that, that are obvious, and I still want full control of it like with any radio etc.. see Deliverables. ## Deliverables I want full control of the radio, and I don't really want it to turn out just to be an MP3 Player on my site, I'd like it to: A) Be streaming of course, from the site so the person doesn't have to DOWNLOAD the full mp3, they can just click and listen. B) have different streams going for users with different speed (e.g - 128kbps for cable modem users, 40 kbps for 56k users) C) I'd like to be able to change things like, what song is playing, and make like a playlist of songs to play. I'd also like the option to stop the radio, of course; start the radio. As well as pause the stream (or complete stop, doesn't matter to me -but) I want to be able to instantly play something (like a pre-recorded MP3 with a DJs voice or something, like "Sorry But stream Is closing till tomorrow!" or play ad messages, etc, and then resume stream. I'd like this to instantly take affect and not wait till after the song is done. Also, as for that part, and for changing of the songs, and for while each song is playing, I want everyone to hear the same thing. For instance , If I have "marry had a little lamb" playing, and bob and larry are listening to it, and I change it midway through the song to The Cow jumped over the moon, Then Joe tunes into the radio and catches the Cow jumpted over the moon starting up, while Bob and Larry are still listening to marry had a little lamb. I want the streaming to be instant, and accurate. This may require a java applet of some sort like on [login to view URL] . Please check out their website and click Listen Live. What they have is perfect, and if something like that could be coded, it'd probably be just like I wanted, however, a nice control panel, whether online, or a program to communicate with the applet, would also be needed. I feel like I typed a bunch of nonsense now, and everyone is probably confused, however I don't feel this is a HUGE job... shouldn't be that hard.. basically a web based radio.. All I ask is for good communication from whichever coder I choose, keep me informed on all progress, and also , please check out that q102 radio before bidding, so you have some idea of what I want. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All Versions of Windows, All Versions of Internet Explorer/Netscape. Would be nice if it worked with Applet Macintosh, and other browsers but not NECESSARY ## Deadline information Must be completed by Delivery Deadline. Must show significant progress every few details, and have good communication with me.
