Magento - Need extension packaged for MagentoConnect - Need Installer Added to Extension -

Need a coder to fix a bug in one of my extensions. Had a coder create an extension. Its about 2.5mb. When you load a certain URL the extension is supposed to be installed. The coder created the extension on my store crisp22.com. It works perfectly on the [login to view URL] host. When I try to install the packaged extensions on other sites it does not work. For example: [login to view URL] works properly. This is the host the vendor installed the extension on. The extension he gave me is missing a few files of code somewhere. I think it is some CSS issues. Maybe a mySQL issue. For example when I access the url: [login to view URL] it does not work. This is from the packaged extension the coder completed and said to upload and access the /vendor folder to install. For some reason it will not install. While its working on my site. I cant get the extension to work on other Magento stores. I have noticed that for some reason the mySQL databases have not been installed after accessing the installation URL. I have a hunch that the coder messed up some CSS files when packaging the extension, but I cant find where. Maybe I am wrong but when I downloaded and replace my ftp files from my [login to view URL] store and put it on other stores it worked properly. But when i try a fresh Magento install then install the "completed" extension it gives the 404 error. Something is wrong or missing in the extension. Since there are so many files in the extension I am not sure where the problem lies. But I know it shouldnt be a big fix at all once you find it. It might be something thats as small as adding a CSS file, URL, or mySQL login. I have a hunch its the CSS file. I am told some CSS might be missing or incorrect. I am not sure if thats just it. There may be some mySQL or extension code that needs fixing. I know its a small fix though because the host that the original coder worked on works properly, with no problems. ## Deliverables A few weeks ago i had a coder create a Multi Vendor extension for my Magento webstore. The extension is going to be sold on Magento connect. For some reason the way that the coder told me to install the extension on freshly installed Magento stores & hosting is not working. I also need the extension to be packaged from my site into an extension that I can provide on Magento connect. I need a document walking me through exactly how to properly package the extension. Also i need documentation of how to place the packaged extension on Magento connect. (I need this for if I need to do this in the future, so I dont have to have someone do it for me) Also there should be documentation of how to install the extension. Whether through Magento Connect or just uploading to your webhost and running the installer. The installation process should be as easy as possible. I am planning on distributing the extension commercially. Let me know if there are other things I need to ensure that it can be sold. For example, if I need to add a license. I read something about a OSL license. The whole extension is about 2.5mb. I have a packaged one already that can be looked at. I also have the coding on my site. I am not sure which one would be best for the coder to add the installer. Choice is yours. As long as my site is still working properly after creation. The packaged extension and installer must be tested on freshly installed Magento stores on other servers. Should not be tested on my host. When the extension is done, you must create a fresh Magento installation and I will upload and install the extension myself. If successful then the project is done. This project shouldn't be too difficult if you are very familiar with magento, packaging, and magento connect. The hardest thing may be working through the code. It is pretty well organized though. If the installation was coded as the original coder said then you will have an easy job. It may work already and I am doing something wrong. This is for you to figure out. I know I wrote a lot but I jst want to make sure you understand exactly what I need.
