Short code example of using FancyBox.Net with PHP

Using FancyBox to show popup images is trivial. I'm looking for someone to code for me a simple example with PHP and a MySQL database queries so I don't have to take the time to trail and error learn it myself (I am a PHP developer) Something like this: Given a table (namelist) with 3 fields per record: id INT 11 name VARCHAR 25 email VARCHAR 75 Then a simpl screen which shows how many records I have in that table along with a link to add a new name & email. That link will popup a modal fancybox (so I must submit or cancel for it to disappear) to ask for the name & email, add it to the database and then return to the screen while updating the # of records. That's it! ## Deliverables I'll expect you to work up the code on your server, let me test it to see if it does what I want, and then send me the code. If I don't understand something about its functionality, I may want to ask a few questions after I place it on my machine. (ie: tweaking FancyBox params)
