219833 auto image resize

i would like someone to setup automatic image resizing for image uploads on my website and install it for me? please contact me if any other info is needed. yes, i have a website already, its [login to view URL], when posting an auction users have the option to upload images(pics) of their merchandise, the software for the website sets up thumbnails of uploaded images automatically but does not resize them, the issue is do to size limitations users will need to resize pics themselves, and alot of people dont want to or know how to do this themselves, i would like for my website to automatically resize uploade pics no mayyer what size thay are originally, and i would like control of what size they are to be uploaded as in my control panel. some of the files are encrypted with sourceguardian, i'm not sure which ones?
