Client for data source through API

Looking for a software that connects through an API to a streaming quotes and news source, and distributes particular predefined data to the client. The API is in .NET. Functionality has to be such that: 1) Request all news and quotes items from source, pass along the ones to client that match client's watchlist. 2) Keep track of new incoming news and quotes items and send a priority alert to client. Ideally client is able to receive the desired data through RTD in Excel. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
