Copy Simple Website + Add Tell-A-Friend & Members Area

We need to make a copy of one of our websites here: http://payu4surveys.co.uk. We will provide ftp access to this site. The copy will be installed on a new domain. We will then start editing the site. 1. We need to create simple 1 page members area using amember and add about 30 – 40 text links inside. You must be familiar with [login to view URL] membership script. We already have the script installed you will just be creating a members area for "free" membership via our amember admin panel. 2. We need to install a tell-a-friend script like on our website here: [login to view URL] We already have script, so you will just login to members area download and install script. There are video tutorials in members area. 3. We need to change/edit website name and slogan in header (i.e. text graphic) or create similar header. We have image of girl (Or you can grab image from header) but we do not have PSD files for banner header. 4. We need to add 4 new images on homepage and remove the 6 current images. 5. We will change "Order" button to "Join" button. We will change "FAQ" button to "About" button. We will change "Sample Survey" button to "Tell-A-Friend" button. So basically members will first enter their name and email on our Aweber optin form on our "Join" page. They will then be redirected to the Amember sign up page where they will create their username, password etc and then they will be redirected to our 1 page members area. Members will not pay any fee to join this website. This is a very simple job and we will pay a maximum of $30 - $50 for this project. You must be able to complete project within 24 – 48 hours (Maximum). This is a very urgent project! please leave message on PMB if interested
