Customized Search Engine Script

I know that there are thousands of search engine scripts, however, I am looking to develop a search engine for video files and images. Below are required features: 1) The site should pull files from many rss feeds and crawl various seach engines to update and populate the search results every 15 mintues. 2) There should be an ability for registered users to comment on the video or images. 3) PPC ad intergration 4) Back end Admin panel to manage site Here is a link to a demo of a similar site to clone. This site works well but it only pulls from rss feeds and does not crawl the search engines.
