Home Intranet Site (Urgent 7 days Req.)

Hi All, This project is only a small paying project due to it being for myself and my soon-to-be wife. I want a joomla based site that allows me to insert bills when recived and they will show up on a calendar on the main page and showing the bill name and amount and due date, date recieved, date paid. Also the website will be backing as our own little personal planner. The site does not have to be joomla based just i thought might be easier. the site will also be running from my own desktop computer but all work and progress can be done a tempary domain i have listed for it. Also the person would need to show me how to setup ip binding so that when mywifes laptop connects to the internet the webpage addy will be [h t t p : / / m y i n t r a n e t /] sorry for the spaces just trying to explain how i want it done. Also once you have workking version that i can see i will also show a mock up of how i would like it setup ie. positions and all that sorta stuff. Also site must have security as billing payments and amounts and personal info will be on the site so must be very very secure. no external access at all. As i said small dollars involved $30 max
