need ready live chat, ticketing, knowledgebase support system

hi we need someone who has a ready script to be installed on our servers. Php mysql only. Ajax would be bonus. We need live chat embed widget, ticket system either email or online form, with knowledge base, and multiple department staff accounts who can push pull answers from database or create new ones. Please post demo and admin access. Ready made only ready to implement. Good example of what we need is omnistar live.
