phpmailer setup and contact form

I need phpmailer installed and setup correctly. And, then I need a contact form using the phpmailer. We our using a different mail server than web host mail server and we are on windows server. I was using a contact form that worked but previously but the mail server we use now requires authentication and the old form will not work. Hosting company says I need to use phpmailer. I will pay after the form is working correctly. I want to keep the same look that I already have on the previous contact form. Please show me you have read these requirement by posting "rpcontact" within your bid or pm.
