PSD to Wordpress, repost

Need someone that can convert any PSD to a Wordpress template. My offer: 150$ per template + 30$ for any inner page it may have requirements: turnaround <= 2days The templates will not have more than 5 subpages if any Ongoing project. First 2 will be paid through GAF on finish(no escrows). After that 50% on start(escrowed), the other 50% on finish through Paypal or GAF(mean after you have delivered the template to me so my clietns could see and test the work, and clear the payment to me) ( The above is very important cause the last provider (sanjay2004) didn't payed attention to this part and had some very different payment requirement... ) I'm attaching the layout of the first project you must deliver (there is one inner page) and i'm gonna need this in 48 hours after awarding the project Write "i agree to the terms" in your post so i know it's not an automated and copy/pasted answer and we both don't waste our time..
