Rating Site Design

We are looking for a full service firm to design a website for us that would be based on the theme of the " Worlds Top Swimsuit Model " This will work of a database of pictures and would allow users to vote on each models pic ( similiar to a rate my photo site ) The site design would have to have a Maxim style look and feel to it, and be very polished and professional. The sites primary function would be a traffic provider for other applications and sites we have on the web.
