Real Estate Site Programming/Design

I have a great real estate script for 2 websites I own. I need someone to do the following: Edit the banners & buttons I have with our info that are in a psd. file Integrate a recurring payment system for 2Checkout & PayPal Edit my Admin Panel to show Sellers that have signed up for a Monthly Subscription Add 4 Different Types of Subscriptions to the script Edit automatic email messages Edit Site Logo I need these done for 2 Sites! If all goes well I will offer more jobs to the candidate. Must be available asap and be completed by Monday August 6th for both sites.
