Drupal Multiple Domain CMS - SEO Coding Knowledge

Must have outstanding SEO coding knowledge - Including coding rotating titles, H1, H2 Titles. 1. We are after a Drupal CMS system capable of handling Multiple individual domains. differentTemplates 2. Using PHP - incorporating Dublin Core Best Practices as well XHTML - EG: Schema, Purl, CSS 3. Using all H1, H2 etc tags are fully functionally 4. Ensuring fast sites that the CMS has GZIP, Minimize HTTP request, Content Delivery Network,and have used Varnish i the past. 5. Ability to Add unlimited pages - with ability to optimise each page through meta tags - keywords individually 6. "alternate" Title and also the Description field. 7. Create an automatic "generator" Keywords and Locations, which is required to come preset data. Either web page or database. 8. Able to sub-domain - including full SEO capabilities as above 9. Must be able to be used for social media sites/blog - including key code FOAF 10. Needs to be coded to include Google site verification - location - geography - catergory/classification - robots - revisit- google bots - content - keywords and other relevant SEO best practices. 12. Keywords, titles etc should not be display, via code source information. Time is crucial on this project - we are looking no longer than 24 days.
