560349 Xzero Classifieds Script Modifications PHP/MySQL

I'm looking for somebody that is very fluent with PHP & MySQL. I'm using the script from Xzero Classifieds. The person must be very familiar with Xzero Classifieds. The site needs some modification on the section of UPCOMING_FEATURED_EVENTS and HIGHLIGHTED ADS. When the user post ads as a highlighted or upcoming featured events ads, the site should ask them where the ads to go: to INDEX PAGE OR CERTAIN CITY PAGE? The upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads posted for index page, should be displayed only on the top of index page. The upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads posted in certain city page should be displayed there where chosen by user. Basically the upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads posted on certain city page, should't be displayed in index page. The admin also able to change any ads to upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads from admin panel to index page or certain city page. Both should have a paid option for ads through paypal. Thanks
