Custom Personal Email Alert for Forum

I am looking to create a custom email alert system for a forum. I would like to be notified when there are certain threads on the forum that match a certain condition. This is for a random forum, that is not owned by me, and I am looking to use this software for my personal use only. I would like to be notified whenever there are x replies to a thread within x minutes with several restrictions... I would like to be able to change the: 1)email address the alert is sent to 2) min # of replies within the specified time to alert me 3) time limit that number of replies is needed to appear in 4) how long ago was the thread originally started 5) minimum number of total replies I would like to email to be structured like this: To: xxx(at)[login to view URL] from: xxx(at)[login to view URL] subject : Name of thread Body: Link to thread Total number of comments, date thread created, thread rating (according to the website) Name of thread let me know if you have any questions
