Need PHP/MySQL Guru for Dashboard/RSS/API Dev(repost)

I am looking for a developer, (PHP, MySQL) who wants to work on a dynamic webapp that is getting ready to launch. The applications core functionality revolves around discovering and sharing RSS feeds, which have been imported via OPML or inserted as a link. The app is about 90% ready for launch and am looking for an enthusistic developer partner to help me with the site going forward.
