nginx / websockets / push notifications

I am looking for someone to configure websockets on my nginx server so the page doesn't need to refresh to see new photos as they are taken. I just read that nginx latest build now supports websockets. I'd also like 'real-time notifications' to be configured at the same time. For example, a real-time notifications will notify users with 'numbered bubble' (similar to freelancer.com) when someone updates their page. So any changes in the user photos or comment db table will fire off the event and show the notification. Site runs php-fpm /mysql / js / jquery I am open to suggestions on how to go about this. I am ready to hire someone to do this asap. When responding tell me how you will go about this. You must have experience with websockets/nginx. I don't want to waste your time or mine. I've received quotes so I do know what this should cost. Please bid accordingly.
