PHP Database Modification and Data Handlers for game

I am Looking for a PHP expert to help out on a partly completed Data Driven Game. The Successful developer will need to modify several tables, This includes adding new fields , modifying current fields. Additionally you will need to create data handlers so that the end application ( A flash based game) can call the relevant functions allowing the game to access the tables and make modifications to the data. The developer is expected to be accessible and communicate (in English) with both myself and the programmer working on the core game. Initially the scope of the work is 1 week and so should be in the region of $400-$500 , but more will follow on a milestone controlled basis.
