phpprobid cron cpanel setup

I currently have a phpprobid auction software. I need someone to set up the cpanel cron job to refresh the timers for the auction site. Would like someone who is familiar with phpprobid to create or adjust whatever is needed to make the software run correctly through the cpanel. Php probid has a built in cron job setting but that causes the server to overload. Needs to be set to run cron jobs through the server.
