Rapid Offer Generator Updates - repost

I have a software product that has been around for quite a few years. The latest programmer left, and did not complete the updates. The site is a wordpress / PHP / MySql with shared tables. [login to view URL] The product is part of a wordpress members area.. and uses some data info from wordpress sql, other with information uploaded in a XCEL spread sheet to populate 2 type of documents that are hard coded. -(this works without issue) THe project is the the latest update I want to complete ( other developer could not finish) .. Is to upload a TXT document (will always be different from user)- that will take data from a spreadhseet he uploads. The document will contain a " .. $variable." to know where to mail merge this into the TEXT doc.. hen have the ability to Preview in PDF before sending via email/ or fax. the API is all ready written and works This job is to debug last work done, and refine. I do not see any reason that this project would take more than 40 hours Max. Please show me other jobs you have done.. with references
