PHP code, links, new buttons, hard coded values clean up

EASY WORK MS SQL Server Express database Will not pay 100% up front milestone. Need completed in 2 days. Create a sitemap I need some PHP code to be cleaned up. All the pages on the old website have been redesigned. There are about 40 pages. 1) Must check that all the pages are linked. 2) Remove You Tube link from footer of all pages 3) Rename/add new tab, Checkout tab in Navigation Bar for all pages. 4) Do a spell check on the text content of pages 5) Change one button on one page with a new button 6) Need to know how to read database values. Replace all hard coded prices on about 10 pages with price values read from the database table. 7) Add a sitemap and link on the page 8) Replace incorrect version of company logo on all pages with the correct version 9) Use a search tool to find text in multiple files to find and delete sentences with specific, unique text: G sensor 100 SOS Motion sensor Hardware Cost 1 or 3 minutes
