Network Monitor and Firewall

I Need a .dll or ActiveX control written to do the following (I want to use it with Visual Basic 6): 1.) listen for network traffic on network cards. The .dll or activeX will fire an event when traffic arrives and will parse out traffic as described below: - Port 25 - SMTP Traffic - Returns text of the email being sent - Port 110 - POP3 Traffic - Returns the text of emails being received. The event should fire for each message received. - Port 80 - HTTP Traffic - Returns the URL and underlying HTML Text - Additionally, it Needs to capture text for these chat services: AIM, AOL, Yahoo, ICQ, Jabber - Returns text of chat conversations The event would look like: object_DataRecieved(URL as string, DataText as string, DataType as LONG, SourceIP as string, Destination IP as string) Where DataType is: 0 - SMTP Traffic 1 - POP3 Traffic 2 - HTTP Traffic 3 - Chat Text Traffic Firewall Section: Additionally, it should provide a method to add 'keywords' and 'URLs' for an HTTP firewall. The firewall only needs to be applied to HTTP traffic. If a webpage is requested that matches a URL or keyword in the firewall list, the web-traffic is not returned to the browser. This means that the browser would show a 404 Page. The object would include a method as shown below for adding keywords and URLs to the firewall: [login to view URL](Keyword as string) [login to view URL](URL as stiring) Another Property would be needed: [login to view URL]() --> string returns a comma delimted list of all filters. A method would be needed to start and stop the network traffic monitoring and firewall [login to view URL]() [login to view URL]() ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
