payment processor and HYIP

We are looking to combine a payment processor/money transfer service (like paypal) with a HYIP (high yield investment program) and a e-currency exchange. We understand with instant payout there might be concerns with security or fraud, but as long as the programmer makes the script as rock-solid as possible, and does nothing to purpose compromise the systems security, we would sign paper releasing them of any liability of loss do to either manipulation of the system by its members, or hacking. In the e-currency arena, we currently make a guranteed 12% plus on every round trip e-currency exchange we do, manually processing the major e-currencies know of atleast one company/programmer who provides semi-automated e-currency exchange software (basically to make ‘organizing the exchanges easier, but not actually allowing them to happen unattended) and another company that does provide completely automated e-currency exchange software, however, they have no member facility in this script. So, in essence, we are in need of the following: A combination payment processor/money transfer service, e-currency exchange service, HYIP program. where a member can sign up make a deposit transfer funds from the payment processor to the HYIP program transfer funds from the HYIP program to the payment processor outexchange funds to various currencies/e-currencies/accounts (upgradeable to other currencies/e-currencies modules) We'd like to use the scripts we currently have because we'd like to avoid the cost of starting from scratch, unless the price is right, and because the xlpay and the HYIP manager pro scripts both have *decent* account/accounting features. We are in this for the long haul and need a competent programmer who will not only finish the project in the timely manner, but also be there for us for debugging, additional mods, and future projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
