Tanning Salon Invoice/Data Base Clientele Organizer

Wanted: Software program designed to record and keep track of clients and their tans at tanning salons. The most popular method of doing this currently is by using note cards. The card has your name and personal information on the front and on the back there is a table where details of the person’s tans are recorded. The table usually has the number of lines numbered. What details you may be wondering? The details of a tan are usually something like this: The Date, Number of Minutes, How much was paid, and then the tanning bed the person laid in. If the customer has prepaid tans, for example they buy 10 tans and have tanned 3 times then number’s 4-13 will be circled, to show that they have paid for those tans. However with this software the prepaid tans will be logged and recorded. Everything will be recorded on the computer instead of on a note card. All of the clients personal information will be logged into the program and then click the “save?? button. The clients will be organized in alphabetical order according to last name and then the names will be will be filed down the left-hand side of the screen, in alphabetical order, so they are in plain view all the time. When the name is clicked the clients tanning history will be displayed in a table format. If the customer pays per tan ??" then the “purchase a tan?? button is clicked. If the customer desires to purchase multiple tans then the click the “purchase multiple tans?? buttons. When a single tan or multiple tans are purchased the information about the tan is entered then the “purchase?? button is clicked. The information that will be listed is: Date, Number of Minutes, Price for the tan(s), and which tanning bed (bronzer, regular, twister or whatever. Note the bed information will be set up by the owner when setting the software up.) Bonus feature: internal tanning counter for each individual bed. With this feature the owner will be able to input when they change out the bulbs for each bed. The owner will know how many tans they can get out of each set of bulbs. All of this information should be able to be printed; such as a receipt for the tan(s), or the entire customer history and the bulb history(s).
