Hi all I want to collect a team of people with different perfected skills. -Sales and sales Advister (1-2 people) -Photographer (1-2 people) -Background Designer (1 people) -3D Designer (1-2 people) -Character Designer (1 people) -Animator.(1 people) -Sound Designer (1 people) -Web Developer (1-2 people) -Programmer (2-3 people) -other (suggest) Rules of joining -You should be good at what you do - (work preview) -You should have 24 hours connection to the net. -Reachable - and dedicated (serious). -A person that is willing to join for the challenge and the enjoyment of working. -knowledge sharing. -What is the first thing required of you by joining this team: -A site will be created to show the teams abilities. so if you are a team member you should work on creating such site. Rules of the team: -I am the team leader - I control the success of this team, it's reputation.... etc. -Everything that will be done, will be VOTED. -A chat room will be assigned to only team members, for them to talk, vote..... etc. -if you are not reachable ......... serious about this team or the work done to support this team you will be kicked out (by a vote) -ALL FOR ONE, AND ONE FOR ALL. (Team work) -the love of perfection. Goals: -To learn, challenge .... and enjoy. -To build a good reputation. -To help each other grow (knowlage ... reputation ... profite). -last but not least to make money (by project work) Some Examples: -Any projects that will be done to improve the teams image will be voted on. -Any Commercial projects that will be taken are voted on + voting it's costs. -The money that will be paid to each one of you will be voted on also.... to be fair.
