Access/VBA Program Completion and Upgrade

I have a development project that is about 75-80% completed. It is a Business Management system for Equipment Brokers of New and Used Equipment. It wasn't completed because the client ran out of money and decided to use it AS IS. I have since incorporated his unique Inventory Management Module into another POS / Over-the-Counter sales module system that was further evolved (essentially the Inventory tables were almost the same - as in all my stuff). I need some of the features we had working in the old system connected back up and even improved and the reports manager made to work in this new and improved system. So most of the time would be actually spent here. I am looking for a new resource to work with on an ongoing basis as my other two guys (local) are very busy and this is not a high priority...even though I think I could find other clients...once I have a better working model. I am interested in contracting with someone for a maximum of two days of work --16 hours--to start. That should be enough to finish the basic system given the new configurations. So base your quote on that basis. The very next thing I then need to do to it is create a module that will take this Access2000 database and publish the selected records to a website MySQL database and update/replace any records that have changed since the last upload date/time. In addition, I will need this person to create a front-end viewer with selection criteria to select and bring to view online, the pieces of equipment that match their search criteria. These last two things will be bid out under a separate project/deal. I just mention them now because I would like to work with the same programmer to do both ends of the deal and then be available for some customizing down the road.
