VB6 app needed to check if MDAC, IIS, IE installed on domain pc's -- check versions

As the long title implies: I need a small VB6 application that will: 1) Allow for input of credentials (domain/user & pass) 2) Query all servers/workstations in a given domain and report on the following: Is MDAC Installed? -- What Version? Is IIS Installed? -- What Version? Is IE Installed? -- What Version? Domain consists of Windows NT / 2000 machines **Note:** (WMI NOT INSTALLED ON NT BOXES) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
