I need two simple programs as examples for personal use with a beginning VB class. A mortgage calc w/input of Loan amount, Int rate and length in years. User selected options of monthly, weekly, daily breakdown. Using picbox for output with headers for term#, principal bal, interest per term, principal per term, and total interest column in that order. Uses a vertical scroll bar and currency format, round amounts for accuracy. I would like the program to be broken down into sub routines as much as possible since it is easier to track the individual processes. This has to be simple, simple, simple, I must be able to take it apart, put it back together and understand it. Also need a simple Tic Tac Toe game, same deal, I have to be able to make sense of the code and figure out how it works so that I can reconstruct it without help. Playing field should be by scale (preferably in twips) with easy to use numbering. When the game is started it should draw the playing field, not a permanent display. User selections should prompt drawing the x's or the circles. The game should track the mouse click location for each block of the playing field to determine where the x or o should be placed. It should offer option of either two players or one player and the computer. Players should be able to enter their names and the winner should be displayed as "whomever" is a winner! when check for win is true. I want a new game button to redraw the play field and clear the winner display. Players should have three color options for their x and o's. First player should be x player on the form. Nothing extra or fancy - I have to be able to figure it out and rebuild it without help. Needs to be VB 6 only. I need this by 2/28/02.
