Project for Flea market

This project is suppose to manage a Flea Market. 1. We have a little over 1000 lots that we rent out to people. 2. We have to know who is renting the lots. (Customer Name, Phone # etc) 3. There has to be a color coded map. We will provide you with a map of the Flea Market. The screen would be designed as the actual map. Red buttons would be used for lots that are occupied and green lots will be lots tha are available. 4. We rent the lots by the month only. This program will only keep track of the lots that are occupied by people that rent on a monthly basis. However, in some situations we do rent to one time sellers also. We would like to give these people a different color on the map (blue, orange etc) 5. We need several reports. These reports will have to be based of a daily basis. 5a. Occupied Report. This report would give a print out of the lots that are occupied in a list format. 5b. Available Rpeort. This report would list the lots that are available in a list format. 5c. Map View. This report would print a map of lots that are occupied and lots that are available in a map format. Basically it would be like a "print screen." 5d General A/R Report. This report would print a list of people who have an outstandind balance. 5e. This report would give a detailed report of a certain customer. Payments they have given. New Purchases etc. 5f. This system will have to rint a 3" receipt. We will be using an Epson TM-U300D receipt printer. The receipt needs to include Customer info. Lot number, date/time, salerep etc. 6. This system must be networkable. Three computers will be using it. Server and two workstations. 7. We charge a "late fee" for customers that have an outstanding balance "X" amount of days after the due date. [login to view URL] system could be based on a weekly basis or on a daily basis. 9. The system needs to be password protected. 10. We would perfer this system to be developed on access 2000. Thank You, Best Regards, Danny ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
