software to run on win xp pc. software will query a web server mssql database on internet with one of 3 querys selected by user from a pc. the returned data is names, emails and mobile cell phone numbers. user can type a message which will be sent to the emails in the list, if no email string then validate cell string and send message to cell phone instead via gsm phone and sms protocol. gsm phone connected to pc via com port and usb cable. typed message can contain "name" as a tag from the queried data GUI query webserver send sms message from gsm mobile phone on pc's com port send email with built-in email client
