142879 Passive Income Site

I don't know how possible this is, but it's in my head and I want you guys to try to make something of it. I want a site that will bring in a pretty steady income of at least $500/month. I would like for it to be a passive income site that is basically able to run its self, but am able to commit 4-6 hours a day on it as well. But would like to be secure in knowing that it can basically run on its own should I not be able to get to it over the weekends. The product or service must be legal. I would like something original, but not required. As I have too many ideas that I do not want to implement right now, I would like to leave the website up to you. You come up with the niche and the design and I'll put it into action on a related domain name. The site must be optimized to bring in valid leads and sales. An autoresponder with detailed help would probably be the best way to go here depending on the idea. Please make sure the site is secure/hacker-free (or at least as secure as it could be). The only stipulation I have is that it is not an adult content site. Unless you have an orginal idea for this industry that's not diluted by today's market. (PM me before bidding if you have an idea involving an adult content site). Everything must be legal. I will pay after running the site for 45 days to see that the site meets the 'must make at least $500/month' standard in this post. If this is not acceptable please do not bid. I am not budging on this aspect. Websites are easy for any programmer, but I want the product I am asking for. If you have a sucessful history in this, show me some examples of profitable sites that you have had a part in. I would be willing to sign an agreement giving you an additional 10% of the net revenue per month for 12 months after the release of this website. This would be in addition to the price for making it. I have all the time in the world so you can take your time developing it. I am in no rush. I am working on other projects to keep me busy. If this is successful, I would like to carry on a long term relationship for other sites with exactly the same specifications listed here (including the 10% of the net revenue for 12 months after the release of the site). If any point is unclear, pm me. I would prefer you PM me anyways so I can get a feel as whether or not you are the right team for the job. I will not consider any bids that do not include a general outline of what you have planned. I do not want to go into a relationship blind. This is a small-scale vision of mine, but it does not have to be restricted to my thoughts. If you can go above and beyond, it will benefit us both. I just want the minimum as this is what I have figured will make it worth me attempting. I would like to see if this is a viable idea, and if so, again, it will lead to a guaranteed longterm working relationship (if you still want to work with me after, that is). I am a firm believer in going with what works!
