building of a new website that easy to use and maintain!

I would like TWO new website build from new! It is a simple site one that will just serve for information of my business and the products that I offer more information will be required a onus will be given to a developer who is able to get me on a competitive poistion on google but that will come later! Prior experience and proof of previous builds will be crucial! The project will take the form of! 1. Developing a new site design that will be used for both sites so they are similar in menus and style as this is for two related companies! I will see design and when we agree proceed with first milestone! 2. construction of site one! this is for a website that will act as information for the business and what the group does it will also have a blog built in to one of the pages with the ability for me to post articles that my associates write! second milestone 3. construction of the second site linked to the first site this will be a site that offers statistics for purchase! for analysis of sport events it will be linked to other site but a different business! final payment! 4. Seo a bonus will be given!
