Center Wordpress Home Page Image Map Load Fancy Gallery From Post

I'd like a Wordpress theme (home page, pages and posts) created from the attached .psd file for my wedding video business. The logo isn't finished yet but I can add that later after the theme is installed on my server by swapping out the logo in the .psd with a final transparent .png. I would like the home page to be a very wide image. I've attached an html example in the .zip file of how I would like the home page of the wordpress theme to work. I would like the home page to load so that the image is perfectly centered on the page. The user will be able to scroll left or right to see the rest of the image using the scroll bar at the bottom of the browser similar to this website and my example site: [login to view URL] I need it to be cross browser compatible, the sample code I found in my example page doesn't seem to work in IE, only Firefox and Chrome. I would also like the website to load and look the same on smartphones as well. In the admin of the theme, I'd like to have a theme option to upload a different main home page image to be used as the main image map image. From there, I'd like to be able to create posts and in the posts have a field where I can enter in an image map area that will load on the main image on the home page. Each post that the image map is linked to will also contain additional fields such as: Post Title : I can give each post a custom title. Description: A short paragraph of text can be entered about the video, I would like the html, links etc. from the description to also show up in the fancy gallery. Video Link: I'll be able to define a YouTube or Vimeo link of one of my videogrpahy videos. Featured Image: Upload a featured image so when the share button is clicked the share feature can pull the thumbnail image into the post. Image Map Coordinates: Example Coordinates () When a user clicks on one of the image map areas on the home page, instead of loading the post in a new page, I would like the information contained in the post (Title, Description, YouTube or Vimeo link to open in a fancy gallery on the home page. The YouTube or Vimeo link will play automatically in the fancy gallery that pops up. The title of the post will be displayed above the YouTube or Vimeo video and the description will be below the playing video. There should be a close button that will allow the user to close the shadowbox and choose a different video. I would also like users to be able to click a share button and share the video on their social network of choice. When they share it, I would like the featured image, description and title from the post to display in their share post. As a user hovers over different image map areas on the home page, I would like the title of the post that is linked to the image map area to pop up so the user can know which one of the videos they'll be watching when they click it. I would also like a way for users to be able to link to a specific video on the home page. So when an image map area is clicked for instance, I would like the url to change to, for instance: [login to view URL] You'll see in my example document, when an image map area is clicked, the URL changes. So if someone wanted to share a particular video with someone, they could copy the URL in the address bar with the tag to the specific video and when the user posts the link for their friends, they're taken to the website and the particular video they're wanting to share will open in the fancy box automatically. If you can find a free shadow box that you can format to pull in the post information and include a share button for facebook, twitter, google+ that's ok also.
