Convert psd to joomla and the addition of contents

We are looking for someone to convert a template design from psd to joomla as a CSS table-less design. The design is clean and simple and can be sent upon request. This project also includes the addition of contents once the template is converted. The winning bidder needs to possess the following: -Good English and communication skills -Able to work within the Australian time-zone -Reliable -Good time management skills -Clear understanding of CSS table-less and joomla designs and must be able to demonstrate this capability through previous exmamples of work. -Friendly -Responsive -Available for contact on Yahoo Messenger during Australian trading hours(9am-5pm) The project needs to be complete within 2 days of receiving the template design(psd). The budget we have for this project is $150 or less. All payments will be made via escrow after our final approval. No advance payment/escrow is provided.
